The lavish lifestyle of Kristen Terry, an accomplished entertainer, and entrepreneur, makes it hard for many to believe that she belongs to a humble background. But that is what reality is! Kristen grew up in a small town in Ohio with a family of 5 and has always been close to them as they were her inspiration in many ways.
Kristen had always wanted to help people who were in agony. TerryFit Recovery is her attempt to realize her dream of assisting others. TerryFit Recovery was founded in 2015 after she sustained many injuries while touring with her live production overseas. Her prior athletic injuries as a stunt woman in movies and years as a professional dancer inspired her to learn the healing arts while rehabilitating her own body. Rather than taking another contract overseas, she decided to use her business and medical abilities in the United States.
TerryFit Recovery’s clientele consists mainly of professional athletes and serves the general public. Few of us consider how to learn from our injuries and convert them into something useful for ourselves and others.
It’s a three-step approach that uses a variety of therapy treatments to get you out of pain and keep you injury-free. They begin with vibration therapy to promote blood flow to sluggish regions of concern, then proceed to the manual and stretching treatment to help with restricted motions, and then to Normatec Compression. You leave feeling as if you’ve been given a fresh lease on life.
We hope Kristen’s story will encourage others to follow in her footsteps, strive for greatness, and reach their full potential.
Kristen’s exploration of her creative side was never hampered by being an entrepreneur. She learned Mandarin and Spanish while touring her live show in 42 locations around the world, and she also recorded two songs with Bruno Mars and The Stereotypes, who have won multiple Grammy Awards. Not many people can imagine accomplishing such a feat!
And it doesn’t stop there. Kristen never forgot her love for creativity and accomplishments while running two successful businesses in sports therapy for injured dancers, pro athletes, and celebrities, as well as a personal injury for harmed victims. As executive producer, creative director, and headlining talent, she has starred in multiple independent films and landed a live music tour overseas.
