Originally from the United Kingdom, Matt attended school then University and later earned a degree in business and economics from Newcastle University. Although his passion as a boy was always to be a pilot, and so he tirelessly pursued this dream straight out of University and has been flying as an professional pilot around the world ever since. Being a pilot allows Matt the freedom to pursue his secondary dream of being a ‘successful’ photographer and artist.

Matt overcame testicular cancer as a young adult, which gave him a new perspective on life. It made him realize how important it is to pursue your dreams and make a lasting impact on the world and that philosophy has stayed with him ever since. Through his photography, he aims to create images that will withstand the test of time and leave a legacy.

Matt specializes in capturing different cultures through the lens of his camera. His portraits and environmental photographs are breathtaking, and he shares them with the world to increase awareness about remote rural places and the indigenous people living there. In addition, Matt shares his knowledge and expertise with aspiring photographers through his channels on Youtube and social media pages. He provides tips and tricks for capturing effective and evocative photos, as well as different apps and ways to edit and enhance the image to create lasting effects.
